CAFE FACILITATOR (BARISTA)

•Our Cafe Facilitator is responsible for the service experience each customer has when they walk through our door. This includes the discovery of guest's needs and the delivery of their experience at Wildwood. Practical job duties include coffee & espresso preparation, cash handling/point of sale duties, kitchen duties & preparation, and cleaning. Qualified candidates will be very reliable and have an ability to connect and empathize with other customers and staff, an attitude of urgency to help guests discover their own needs, and a drive to be helpful and perceptive.

•We offer above average industry hourly wage which starts at $13.50/hr, hourly tips (avg. ~$6/hr), paid time off (for part time and full time staff), free whole bean coffee to take home, free food & beverage while working, discounts on in-store products and retail, a fun and engaging work environment, as well as at least 2-days off in a row each week. Minimum wage increase to $15/hr after you are fully trained, usually 30-60 days.

•We are currently hiring for ~30hrs per week. We require the following availability: Wednesday - Sunday, 6:30a to 2:30p
